*Entry Fee-$55.00 per person--$220.00 per foursome *Includes: Green fees, cart, brat/hamburger, chips, potato salad, dessert and soda *Hole prizes as well as prizes for top 3 teams

Entry Form Rules Directions 4th, 6th, 8th divisions play on Saturday, November 6th. 5th & 7th grade divisions play on Sunday, November 7th.
One Day Tournament - $150
3 games guaranteed with trophies awarded to the champions and medals to the 2nd and 3rd place teams in each division. Contact at
